| SUN 25TH JUL 2004: THE CANDY FLOSS AND ROCK TOUR |

To tie in with our new video and in the general theme of summer, Reuben have decided to do a short tour of seaside towns, mainly because of the abundance of arcade games to be found there. As you may have seen, the new tour dates are up on the live page. It is a largely southern tour, so we're sorry to all our fans in the north, but rest assured that we will reach you later in the year. We'll be announcing the support band we're taking with us in a little while, so in the meantime run to your local venue and book a ticket!

| FRI 16TH JUL 2004: MOVING TO BLACKWATER RADIO AND TV PLAYS |
As some of you may have heard, beardy boy and smashing chap Zane Lowe has already been spinning our latest sounds all over his Radio One show, so why not drop him a line and tell him you're enjoying it, or drop one to DJs like Colin Murray, Steve Lamacq, new supporter Mary Ann Hobbs and maybe even Jo Whiley and get them playing it!
As far as telly goes, we're still waiting to be confirmed for plays on most of the stations but it's already possible (and important) for you to vote for the video on the NME Chart at http://www.mtv2europe.com/mtv2europe.com/nmeChart.jhtml if you can. Top Dollar! |

| MON 12TH JUL 2004: NEW SINGLE DETAILS |
Reuben's next single, Moving To Blackwater, will be released on the 16th of August on CD and 7' vinyl format. The b-sides will be Ways Of Staying Pure and Miffy In Auschwitz, taken from the session we did for Steve Lamacq at the BBC Maida Vale studios. Miffy was our favourite track from the session, and we'd always felt it would make a good b-side, and it also means we get to put ''live at the BBC' next to the track on the CD, which has always been something we wanted to have, so we're pretty chuffed!
Also, in an effort to make this release a little bit special, we've put a third b-side, Enemy, exclusively on the vinyl copies, all of which are hand numbered. Swish!
A tour for August will soon be announced, and you can already vote for the Moving To Blackwater video on MTV2 by visiting http://www.mtv2europe.com/mtv2europe.com/nmeChart.jhtml . Go go go! |

| THU 1ST JUL 2004: MOVING TO BRIGHTON |
Today we were down in Brighton shooting the video to our new single, which is going to be Moving To Blackwater. It was shot with director Dan Fernbach, the man responsible for the Freddy Kreuger vid, along with his camerman Happy George and general tech support Natalie. Joining us on the shoot were actors Merrin and Sophia, who played the roles of the girl and the boy featured in the video, and our very own make-up lady, Claire.

(L-R: George, Claire, Dan, Natalie, Jamie, Sophia, Jon, Merrin, and Guy)
We spent most of the day running around on beaches, eating chips and getting sick on fairground rides. The video should be ready for TV in a couple of weeks, so watch out for that! In the mean time, click here to check out a few photos that Guy took of the day. Also checkout the TV page for a new "Our Videos" section! |

Not content with already being the kindest man in the world, Mister Zane Lowe has made our album Racecar is Racecar Backwards the album of the week on Radio One. Wahoo! Listen out for him playing tracks off the album tonight and tomorrow night, 8.00pm till 10.00 on Radio One.
In other incredible news, our album currently sits at number 55 in the mid-week album charts - howzat!? Bearing in mind, it will doubtless drop a little by the end of the week, as most rock does, this is still fantastic! Thanks to all of you who've bought the album, hope you're liking it! |

| WED 16TH JUN 2004: ROCKSOUND AND NME REVIEW |
We got a pair of cracking reviews today for the album, scoring a 9/10 from Rocksound, and a 7/10 from the NME, who were forced to admit that perhaps we weren't as rubbish as they thought! Bonza!
Also in Rockound this month is a big healthy feature on us boys and 'No One Wins The War', an exclusive track from our album, on their free cover CD. So for anyone that likes to read a big chunky magazine full of good stuff and get a free CD into the bargain, it's a couple of quid well spent! |
